1. Overload or be underwhelmed
We need to create an overload or you will be underwhelmed with your results. You can either train hard or train long, but if you want to get results you have to train hard. If you don’t challenge yourself you will not change yourself. Ideally, you want to train in the 3 to 8 rep range.
